How i'm learning

Am i self learned or not. I've never taken a photography class but with the combination of great books and to crazy amount of video tutorials on Youtube from various professionals i'm starting to get the hang of all the  fundamentals of taking pictures. But are my photos any good?.... Nope. There is nothing more depressing than coming home from a trip or party where you've shot tens or hundreds of pictures that have looked good on the back of the camera but when uploaded to the computer have been terrible. In these silly moments of despair i like to look at my older stuff and hopefully see some slight improvements. I guess going from bad to less bad is something as well. Like i often tell myself "Rome wasn't built in a day"

This is my first blog ever so sorry in advance :P. Lets start with a small introduction, i am 22 years old and live in Finland. I have always been fascinated with anything and everything tech related and my obsession for the last few years has been photography. This blog will follow my path and hopefully improvement in the art of taking pictures.
